Cookie policy

Last updated: 16 October 2026. This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on anchusacare.co.uk and how to control them. For how we use personal information more widely, see our privacy policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device. They help a site work, remember your choices and, if you agree, measure how it is used and how well our advertising performs.

Your choice

When you first visit, we ask whether you accept analytics and advertising cookies. We only set them if you say yes. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser. If you refuse, the site works in exactly the same way.

The cookies we use

Strictly necessary. These remember your cookie choice and keep the site secure. They do not need consent.

Analytics (only if you accept). Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager set cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier. They last up to 2 years and tell us which pages are visited and how people find the site. The information is combined and we do not use it to identify you.

Advertising measurement (only if you accept). Google Ads sets _gcl_au (up to 90 days) and Meta sets _fbp (up to 90 days). They help us see whether our adverts lead to enquiries. Fraud Blocker checks for invalid clicks on our adverts so that we do not pay for them.

Google and Meta may process this information in the United States, under the UK-US data bridge or standard contractual safeguards.

Controlling cookies in your browser

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Guidance is at the Information Commissioner’s Office website. Blocking all cookies may stop some parts of the site from working.
