We are a family-run team based in Hitchin. You will not be a name on a rota here. Our door is open, there is always a drink on offer, and every member of our operations team started out as a carer. Around a third of our carers have been with us for five years or more.
Anchusa Care is a family-run team that looks after its carers as well as the people we care for. If you would like meaningful work with real support behind you, we would love to hear from you.
We are looking for new and experienced carers to support people in Hitchin, Letchworth, Stevenage and the surrounding areas. We are rated Good overall by the CQC, with Outstanding for Caring (January 2024).
Please note that we are not currently sponsoring candidates or offering switches.
