Care built around you. Everyone’s abilities, preferences and goals are different. Our carers work closely with you and your family to agree a care plan that respects your choices and helps you stay independent.
Help with daily living. Our carers can help with personal care, meals, medication and getting around, so you can look after your health and comfort while keeping control of your day.
Social life and hobbies. We can support you to enjoy the things you love, from hobbies and days out to seeing friends, so you stay connected and feel part of things.
Someone to talk to. Living with a disability can be tough at times. Our carers take time to listen and offer a friendly, reassuring presence.
Support with rehabilitation. If you have been given exercises or therapy to follow, our carers can help you keep them up, working alongside your healthcare professionals.
Getting out and about. We can help you reach local services, go to appointments and join community activities, whatever you would like to do in Hitchin and the surrounding area.
A break for family carers. If you care for a loved one, you may need time to rest. Our respite care lets you take a break, knowing they are in capable, caring hands.
