Care that is personal to you. Everyone’s journey is different. We work closely with you and your family to agree a care plan that reflects your wishes, with help for your physical comfort, personal care, medication and everyday tasks, so you stay comfortable and keep your dignity.
Someone to listen. End-of-life care is about more than physical needs. Our carers take time to listen, to respect your beliefs and preferences, and to help you spend time on what matters most to you.
Comfort and symptom relief. We work closely with your doctors and nurses so that pain and other symptoms are managed as well as possible and you are as comfortable as you can be.
Involving your family. We keep your family informed and involved, and we are always happy to talk things through. Our respite care gives family members a chance to rest, knowing you are in caring hands.
Support for those you leave behind. Our support does not stop when care ends. We understand how hard grief can be, and we can help families find further support when they need it.
